Bomberos Cuahuila Sureste has five fire stations in the Saltillo area.
The stations include kitchens and sleeping areas.
Several stations have classrooms.
The firefighters work three shifts, or "guardias", 24 hours on, 48 hours off.
Each station has two paramedics per ambulance, three firefighters per engine.
There is a lieutenant assigned to each station for each shift, and a captain for each station works 8 to 5.
Captains take on-call responsibility for one night per week.
The department responds to approximately 35 calls per week.

One ambulance serves the town of Arteaga.
