Dedication of the Firefighter Memorial and Plaza in Saltillo, Mexico. April 8, 2005 At night, the memorial monument and flags are illuminated with floodlamps.   The Governer of Coahuila, Enrique Martinez y Martinez, and the Mayor of Saltillo, Professor Humberto Moreira Valdes, were among the dignitaries who spoke at the ceremony.   The Honor Guard of the Saltillo Firefighters.     The Memorial Wall, with Captain Marco Mireles of Saltillo, Billy Webb of Travis County Fire Control, and Vincent Serrano, representing the firefighters of Texas.   The bronze plaque at the base of the monument states "In Memory of Those Who Offered their Lives in Completion of their Duty."     Saltillo firefighters the morning after the ceremony. They fought a large brush fire in the mountains all night.
